In 2013, with an investment of $120 million, Yantai Shuntian Engineering Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Was founded, covering an area of 53, 000 square meters, including 40, 000 square meters of standard production workshop. Equipped with over 120 processing and testing equipment, including horizontal CNC boring and milling center, vertical CNC grinding center which are the most advanced production equipment imported from Germany, Japan and Korea, to build STB brand. STB brand hydraulic breaker adopt reinforced structure of design, to improve impacting force and working life. The advanced production equipment is our core competence to realize "Efficiency First, Cost Down". New workshop has four hydraulic breaker production lines, which can achieve annual output of 15000 units.
We believe the key to success is providing products of unsurpassed quality, so we always value product quality as the life of the enterprise. At present, we have more than 50 technicians and QC inspectors. We have introduced international advance quality testing equipment and implemented a strict and complete quality control system. We strictly control every manufacturing process of the products and devote ourselves to producing more and better products. All the raw materials and finished products have to go through multi-level inspection and testing. Every breaker will do strictly impact test before shipment.
